- We've recently bought the above modem... used to have a US Robotics
- 14.4 modem & had no problems, but now with the Zoom if you search
- on the Internet and the system is busy (you get the "contacting host"
- message at the bottom) for more than 10 seconds or so, you hear the
- internal modem click/disconnect. Tried searching in the manual, but
- have found nothing, tried searching under Winsock and Netscape, but
- have come up with no clues. The guys at the Internet shop haven't been
- any help, either. Anyone know why we're getting disconnected when it's
- busy and what we can do??
