  11. We've recently bought the above modem...  used to have a US Robotics
  12. 14.4 modem & had no problems, but now with the Zoom if you search
  13. on the Internet and the system is busy (you get the "contacting host"
  14. message at the bottom) for more than 10 seconds or so, you hear the
  15. internal modem click/disconnect.  Tried searching in the manual, but
  16. have found nothing, tried searching under Winsock and Netscape, but
  17. have come up with no clues.  The guys at the Internet shop haven't been
  18. any help, either.  Anyone know why we're getting disconnected when it's
  19. busy and what we can do??
